Delivery & Postage

What is your delivery charge?

Delivery cost depends on how much your order. If your order is under £100 the standard charge is £19.95. If your order is £100-£200 the standard charge is £29.95. If your order costs more than £200, the standard charge is £39.95.

 

However, if your delivery postcode is in the table below, an surcharge will be added on top of the standard charge. This charge will be per order and not per item. Any surcharge will be calculated and added on in the basket automatically once you've entered your delivery postcode.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere in the UK and Ireland, but if you live North of Edinburgh or south of Bristol you may have to wait slightly longer to receive your furniture.

 

How long will it take for my furniture to arrive?

If an item is in stock then delivery will be within 15 working days, if it's out of stock then we will inform you of this after you have placed the order. About 95% of our items are delivered by our own fully trained staff, they will place the item in the room of your choice providing it's on the ground floor, unrwap and dispose of all packaging free of charge, if needed they will also polish and provide you with knowledge of how to look after your fruniture.

 

When do you deliver?

We deliver every day Monday to Saturday. We always arrange a day and time that is suitable for you. We use our own team of delivery drivers to ensure that the delivery goes smoothly, they will contact you 2-3 days in advance to arrange an approximate delivery day/time with you. The driver may be able to offer evening and weekend deliveries. It is important that there will be someone at home at the time arranged with the driver as they will not be able to wait. If redelivery is required then there may be a charge for this and it may take up to 5 days to arrange a new delivery date.

 

What if the delivery date does not suit me?

If you are given a delivery time that does not suit you then we will arrange a new time that is mutually acceptable and we will do everything we can to deliver your furniture to you without delay.

 

How does your collection service work?

You may request to collect your furniture from our warehouse. Once we have notified you that your furniture is ready for collection, all we need is 24 hours notice so we can pick and check your item, collections are from our warehouse Monday-Friday 10.30am-5.30pm.
